Established in 1983 by Patrick Hatchuel, Librairie Hatchuel specialises in fine and rare books.

We offer a wide selection of books in History of Ideas, Philosophy, Politics, Economics, Women’s History and Feminism, Social History, Humanities, History of Science, Music, Erotica, Literature, from the Renaissance to the early 20th century.

Librairie Hatchuel is a member of the “Syndicat National de la Librairie Ancienne et Moderne” (SLAM) and of the “International League of Antiquarian Booksellers” (ILAB-LILA) and subscribes to their code of ethics.

We are located right at the heart of Quartier Latin in Paris and welcome our customers from Monday to Friday.
